

This class will focus on the Low Back. Rose will cover some basic anatomy to give you the knowledge you need to understand your body a little better. Then she will lead a practice to open, release, and strengthen your lumbar spine.

January through May 2026 classes are themed around a different area of the body. You will learn tips and tricks for strengthening, opening, and releasing each part of the body as well as keeping said part safe in other yoga classes.
Rose is a certified Yoga Therapist, teacher, and author. In her class, you'll learn the foundations of yoga and its many benefits. Explore body alignment and deep breathing while developing strength, flexibility, and balance in a supportive environment. This class is designed for new students, yet experienced students are encouraged to attend to reinforce the basics of their yoga practice. With Rose's expertise and guidance, students can experience the many benefits of yoga and how it can improve their overall physical and mental health as well as reduce stress, anxiety, and depression to promote relaxation.
