
Barre is an excellent way to incorporate elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga into your workout routine. This 50-minute barre class is designed to strengthen and tone your body from head to toe while improving your flexibility, balance, and posture.
The class begins with a warm-up to get your heart rate up and your muscles activated. You'll then move on to a series of exercises focusing on small, precise movements that target specific muscle groups. These movements are designed to fatigue the muscles and create a deep burn, helping to build strength and endurance.
Throughout the class, you'll also work on your core strength, incorporating exercises that target your abs, back, and glutes. And because balance is such an important component of barre, you'll also practice a variety of poses and movements that challenge your stability and coordination.
