Unwinding the mind begins with breath. Returning to breath, unravel the patterns trapping you in stress and unhappiness. Learn how to free your mind and let your spirit soar with your breath.

This is an inclusive workshop suitable for beginners and anyone seeking to harness the healing power of their breath.

Students will receive a handout to support home practice. Please eat a light/easy to digest meal no more than 2 hours prior to the workshop. Wear clothing that does not restrict your breath.

Rose is an experienced breath teacher with over 20 years of yoga teaching and 30 years of practice. She specializes in making difficult concepts and practices easy to comprehend. Rose's goal as a yoga teacher is to assist students in applying yoga tools to their daily lives.

$50 if signed up by February 2, $55 thereafter
