Partner Yoga

Experience the fun of yoga with a friend! Discover how we can support, balance, and align with each other when you have a partner on the mat with you. Through a guided flow of poses, you will learn to use a partner's body and support to open, strengthen, and relax. 

What to Expect:

  • Connection: Cultivate intimacy, trust, and communication with a partner (romantic, friend, or family).

  • Supported Poses: Perform, partner twists, backbends, forward bends, and balancing poses like double tree pose.

  • Guided Instruction: Learn proper alignment and how to adjust your partner for maximum comfort and safety.

  • Relaxation: Conclude with a guided savasana to relax and renew. 

Key Details:

  • Experience Level: No prior yoga experience is necessary; all levels are welcome.

  • Wear: Comfortable, flexible clothing you can move in.

  • Bring: Two mats (one per person) and a water bottle. 

This workshop is an opportunity to laugh, play, and connect in a supportive, fun-filled setting.
