What to Expect:
Connection: Cultivate intimacy, trust, and communication with a partner (romantic, friend, or family).
Supported Poses: Perform, partner twists, backbends, forward bends, and balancing poses like double tree pose.
Guided Instruction: Learn proper alignment and how to adjust your partner for maximum comfort and safety.
Relaxation: Conclude with a guided savasana to relax and renew.

Experience Level: No prior yoga experience is necessary; all levels are welcome.
Wear: Comfortable, flexible clothing you can move in.
