What You’ll Learn:

  • Teach yoga gentle, beginners, hatha, vinyasa, and accessible yoga with confidence.
  • Create inclusive and accessible classes for diverse populations including veterans, trauma survivors, and individuals in recovery.
  • Guide breathwork, meditation, and pranayama with safety and clarity.
  • Develop a personal, intuitive, and sustainable practice rooted in nervous system regulation and self-care.
  • Explore timeless yogic philosophy through the lens of healing and trauma-informed care, while learning how to apply ancient wisdom to your daily life.
  • Understand the science of yoga from both Eastern and Western perspectives.
  • Learn safety-first teaching principles to prevent injury and protect joints for a lifelong practice.
  • Gain real-world tools to teach with confidence, compassion, and ethics in any setting.

Our faculty brings decades of experience shaped by the teachings of revered yoga masters such as Swami Sivananda, Krishnamacharya, B.K.S. Iyengar, Rama Jyoti Vernon, Swami Kripalu, and the LifeForce Yoga tradition. Their philosophies and practices inform our approach, blending classical foundations with contemporary understanding to support safe, effective, and compassionate teaching.

Who This Is For?

This training is for anyone curious about how yoga, breath, and meditation can support healing and transformation, whether you're called to teach or simply want to deepen your understanding of yoga in a trauma-sensitive and supportive environment.

Why This Training Matters.

Unresolved trauma can live in the body and nervous system. This training offers powerful tools to metabolize and release that trauma, returning you to your natural, radiant state of being. You’ll emerge equipped not just to teach yoga, but to embody it.

This training program is limited to 15 people per session.

Participants receive free unlimited studio membership during training.

DATES: January 7th through May 31st, 2026

Wednesday evenings 5:30-8:30 pm, and every other weekend

Saturdays 12:00-6:00pm, Sundays 10am-5pm.
