Yoga Book Club

Further your knowledge of yoga, read more books, and connect with others!

Each month, we will meet to discuss a book of the month. This is an opportunity to read some of the yoga books in the TBR pile. We will read books that inform yoga, old books, and new books.

Some questions to guide your reading:

  • What moved you?

  • What inspired you?

  • Did your opinion of this book change by the time you got to the end?

  • What new thing(s) did you learn about yoga?

  • Did this book relate to your life experiences? If so, how?

  • Did you mark any sections, or quotes?

  • What new things did you learn about yoga?

May 2nd: The Bhagavad Gita, by Eknath Easwarn

We will enjoy tea and simple snacks during our discussion. All are welcome!
