Vinyasa Flow with Valeria - LEBANON

This class is about moving with your breath, finding flow, and meeting yourself exactly where you are. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you’ll be guided through sequences that build strength, flexibility, and presence — with plenty of options to honor your body’s needs along the way.

I offer modifications and variations so you can move at your own pace, and the focus is always on listening inward rather than “getting it right.” The space is welcoming and supportive, a place to connect with yourself and with community.

Come as you are, bring your mat, and let’s create a practice that leaves you feeling grounded, energized, and more at home in your body.
