Sunday Morning Refresh

Welcome a new week by stepping onto your mat and into some mindful movement. Expect a balance of playful and empowering sequences inspired by the elements and cycles of the natural world, created to leave students feeling both grounded and energized.

Charlotte paces her sequences by combining dynamic breath-synched movement and extended moments of stillness. Her trauma-informed approach to teaching nurtures an inclusive container for students of all experience levels to show up to their practice and enhance their balance, strength and flexibility.
