Slow Flow Yoga

Join us for a rejuvenating and heart-centered Slow Flow Yoga experience led by KELSEY, our newest 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training graduate from Samadhi Yoga Kula!

KELSEY's class is a fusion of Hatha, Vinyasa, and Gentle yoga styles. Expect a balanced practice that nurtures both body and mind. KELSEY's trauma-informed approach ensures that everyone feels welcome and supported, regardless of experience or ability. Slow Flow Yoga is a class designed to provide the perfect balance of movement and relaxation. This class is suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis.
