Slow Burn with Kate - LEBANON

This Vinyasa-based Slow Flow keeps a focus on a low heart rate and controlled breath. After starting with our breath, we’ll work into strong movement, the level of challenge being completely up to each practitioner. After movement and flow this class leaves ample time for flexibility and savasana. This is a strength-based class.

Options for beginner, intermediate and advanced practitioners offered.
