- 2/19 Pranayama Exploration: Delve into the ancient practice of pranayama, the science of breath. Understand the transformative power of breathwork with techniques like Ujjayi, Nadi Shodhana, Bhastrika, and Back Breathing. Experience enhanced vitality, mental clarity, and emotional balance.
- 2/23 Mantra Meditation: Explore the profound impact of sound vibrations on consciousness. Learn sacred mantras and their significance, incorporating chanting as a powerful tool to quiet the mind, open the heart, and connect with higher states of awareness.
