Intermediate Yoga

Jamie brings a wealth of experience and passion to our studio. With a background in Vinyasa and Hatha yoga, Jamie's classes emphasize alignment, breath awareness, and mindfulness. Her teaching style encourages students to explore their practice with curiosity and compassion.

Even if you’re newer to yoga, no worries! Jamie’s class is designed to welcome practitioners of all levels, including beginners. She creates a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable exploring their practice. She offers modifications for poses, making them accessible to newer yogis. Whether you’re working on building strength, flexibility, or balance, Jamie will guide you through variations that suit your individual needs.
