Gentle Yoga with Rose - LEBANON

Gentle yoga is a mindful practice to steady our bodies and minds. This slower-paced class focuses on somatic movements, balancing the nervous system, gentle strengthening, and breathwork. Students leave Gentle Yoga feeling refreshed, more flexible, and more mentally relaxed. Poses may be held longer with the support of props.

Gentle Yoga is perfect for:

  • Beginners who want a slower start.

  • People with reduced levels of mobility, flexibility, fitness, strength, and/or energy.

  • People with chronic health conditions or injuries.

  • Anyone wanting to experience a slow and calming practice.
