Community Yoga Class

This donation-based community class offers a 60-minute all-bodies flow focused on relaxing breath work, deep stretching, and energizing movement to expand your breath, body, and mind. This all-levels practice incorporates poses to strengthen, tone, and energize your yoga journey. Bring a mat, water, and a friend!
